All Patients including Concession Card Holders and patients under 16 years old are required to pay an upfront fee for  Walk In Consultations.

Please note that all face to face and telehealth consultations will attract a $30 out of pocket fee.

All concession card or health care card holders and children 15 years and less will be bulk billed.

Please note you must present your concession and health care cards for all consultations.

Please note we require full payment immediately after appointment. Patients will be charged the Practice Fee in full, and then will receive the reimbursement back from Medicare. This results in patients being $30 out-of-pocket.

Please note we also have a Did Not Attend Fee of $30 for all missed appointments.

* Walk In: Consultations with a Doctor without a prior appointment.

* After Hours: Consultations on Public Holidays, Saturdays after 1pm and Sundays.

* Public holidays attract an out-of-pocket fee for all patients including those with a concession card and those 15 and under.
