Elena Zimeng Zhang is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, then went on to receive a Masters degree in Public Health Nutrition from The University of Queensland. Elena has over 5 years of experience as a clinical and private practice dietitian.
Elena is passionate about helping clients achieve weight loss, prevent and manage chronic diseases, as well as providing support to people living with eating disorders. She is also experienced in helping mothers, babies and young children to achieve optimal nutrition.

Elena believes that a healthy diet and lifestyle should be easy to achieve and maintain. She works closely with her patients to set health goals, and help to improve their quality of life through continued nutrition coaching and support.

In her downtime, Elena enjoys scenic walks, dancing, writing, and going on outdoor excursions with her family.
