Dr Wan graduated from University of Queensland, Brisbane in 2017 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He has a background in pharmacy and completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree prior to this. He has completed a professional certificate of skin cancer medicine, professional certificate of clinical procedures, an Implanon NXT insertion and removal course through Family Planning NSW and the Sydney Child Health Program through the University of Sydney. He has spent several years working at Blacktown, Mt Druitt, Bathurst and Gosford hospitals before starting his GP training in 2021. Dr Wan is trained in various aspects of medicine during his hospital training including, paediatrics, geriatrics, orthopaedics, respiratory medicine, gastroenterology and drug and alcohol. dermatology, basic skin procedures, occupational medicine, and cosmetic procedures.
