Dr Dev completed his bachelor degree in medical science from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2002.

He migrated to Australia through skilled migration program in 2009 and restarted his medical career as an Intern at Lyell McEwin hospital in Adelaide, South Australia.

After successfully completing the internship, Dr Dev continued to work at the same hospital as a resident medical officer in Emergency department and also completed the certificate in emergency medicine from Australian College of Emergency Medicine.

Dr Dev started working as a rural GP in 2015, since then, he worked at different rural locations in South Australia and Northern Territory and completed his fellowship in general practice from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2018.

With his excellency and contribution to the primary health care in Northern Territory , Dr Dev was nominated for the Administrator’s medals award in NT on 2020. Dr Dev enjoys all the aspects of general practice; however, he has special interests in Diabetes management, Preventive health care, Men’s health and Dermatology.
