After Graduation, Fariya Kabir finished her internship with the Canberra Hospital.

She then proceeded to work in Gosford and Wyong Hospital as an emergency Trainee up until 2011.

Due to her keen interest in Children’s Health, Family Medicine and Women’s Health, Fariya decided to change her career path & start her GP training in the Bathurst region.

She entered GP Training in Bathurst in 2012 and obtained her fellowship with The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014.

Afterwards, she commenced work in Westpoint Medical Practice, Bathurst and Central West Women’s Health until mid 2017.

Dr Fariya Kabir joined the Myhealth Team of Doctors in August 2017 and is a great addition to practice.

Dr Fariya Kabir is happily married with two children and currently living within the Castle Hill Area.
