Dr Melissa Ford graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery from Griffith University in 2009.

She worked as a resident medical officer at Logan Hospital for 3 years completing a year of dedicated obstetrics before deciding to join the General Practice specialist training programme in 2013 and completing her specialist training in 2015.

She has a special interest in managing complex antenatal care, all aspects of women’s health and paediatrics. She also has many years managing complex medical patients and enjoys working with her patients to better their lives and health.
