Special interest: Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery, Occupational and Corporate Health, Chronic disease management

Dr Osbourne Odeleye has extensive work experience and training in Acute and Primary Care Medicine, following his years of clinical practice in the Hospital and General Practice settings within and outside Australia. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. In the pursuance of further training and expertise in Skin Cancer Medicine, Dr Odeleye has undertaken further training in this field, and he is experienced in the diagnosis of Melanoma and Non-melanoma skin cancers using clinical assessment, digital Dermoscopy and biopsy and treatment through topical preparation, cryotherapy, surgical excision , simple wound closure, skin graft and flap wound repairs.

He currently holds the following qualifications;
-Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine from the University of Queensland
-Certificate in Practical Dermoscopy from the Australasian College of Dermatologists
-Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery from Healthcert (quality assured by Bond University and recognised by the Skin cancer institute)
-Certificate in Dermatological Surgery from the Royal Australian College of GPs in conjunction with the Australasian College of Dermatologists
– Member of the Australasian College of Cutaneous Oncology
– Member of the Skin Cancer College Australasia
– Member of the International Dermoscopy Society

Dr Odeleye also has special interest in Occupational Health and has attained a Master’s degree in Occupational and Environmental health from the Monash University. He is experienced in Occupational Health Screening and Workplace Injury Management.

Other qualifications he attained include;
-Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney in conjunction with the Sydney Children Hospital Networks.
-Certificate in Obstetric Emergencies from the University of Tasmania after his further training in Obstetrics.
