Dr Silvia Lai graduated with a Biomedical Science degree in 2004 and, after a short stint in research, decided to commence a Medical degree at the University of Melbourne. Silvia graduated in 2009 and completed her fellowship in 2016 after training in rural and regional areas in Victoria. She enjoys the diversity of general practice and has a special interest in women’s and children’s health. Silvia was raised in Melbourne and speaks fluent Hakka, a Chinese dialect. She is an avid potter and gardener in her free time.
