Su-Yin has a special interest in lifestyle medicine and weight management. She is familiar with many diet approaches to weight loss as well as medical and surgical management. She also has a particular interest in skin cancer for which she has gone on to receive further training, with a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine with Bond University and Certificate of Dermoscopy with the Skin Cancer College. She is skilled in skin checks, excision biopsies, and minor skin cancer surgery. Su-Yin was named the GP Synergy Registrar of the Year in 2016 and received a research grant from RACGP for a research project in women’s health. She is also qualified to remove and insert Implanons and remove Mirena IUDs. Su-Yin has also extensive experience in WorkCover patients and is happy to assist with work-related injuries.
