Kristyn completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the Queensland University of Technology in 2017, and has recently relocated to Melbourne.

Her passion stems from the extraordinary potential of the human body and using exercise as medicine to optimise function and quality of life for people managing various health conditions, specifically neurological, chronic disease and cancer.

Kristyn enjoys sport and outdoor adventures on the weekends, as well as art and cooking.
