In order to continue providing quality health care services with rising costs, from 3rd January 2023, we are changing our fees and becoming a mixed billing centre. We are charging a gap fee of around $30-40.
All payments are processed electronically, and if you provide a PHYSICAL DEBIT BANK CARD (with a linked bank account) we can process your MEDICARE REBATE instantly. Otherwise, you can either claim it online with the receipt provided or ask our receptionists to send it through the Medicare System (please allow 1 to 2 business days for the rebate to be processed by Medicare).

*Gap fees may not apply for a doctor or practice-initiated consult, which may include recalls, reviews, and under compassionate grounds solely at the discretion of the treating doctor.

At Narre Warren medical clinic you will find a compassionate and dedicated medical team of doctors and Allied health practitioners who are ready and willing to tackle your and your family's health requirements.
Our open hours can be viewed at the top of this page. We also provide an after-hours service with the National Home Doctors Service, where you can call our after-hours care team on 13 SICK, 13 7425 should you need any assistance when our clinic is closed.
We also provide a Telehealth consultation service, if for any reason you cannot physically come to the Fountain Gate doctors clinic, and we ask that you download the MyPractice App to allow this service to function. The MyPractice App also allows you to access all your medical records, results, medical certificates and prescriptions at any time that is convenient to you.
Healthcare Services Available at Myhealth Fountain Gate
Aside from all your general health needs, Fountain Gate doctors can provide you with all vaccines, including those necessary for your children, and travelling, including yellow fever. We cover men's and women's health issues and can provide medicals for insurance purposes and pre-employment medicals. We can perform minor surgical procedures in-house, including skin lesions and cancer removals, and skin cancer checks.
Our team of allied health specialists provide holistic care through their services including psychology, exercise psychology, dietitian and podiatrist care and advice. We also have an Australian Clinic Labs service for pathology.
