Myhealth Highpoint opened in 1994 on level 4 Highpoint Shopping Centre, offering high standard of general practice services for the first time inside the shopping centre.
In April 2023, there was a successful merger of Myhealth with Ultimate Health Care medical centre; with our mission to continue to provide medical care for patients incorporating best practice principles, up to date knowledge and technological advances.

Myhealth Highpoint is a fully accredited practice meeting the high standards detailed in the RACGP’s standards for General Practice 5th edition. The clinic offers a full range of GP + Podiatry.

Walk In Appointments
Walk-in patients without an appointment are accepted, however this will depend on the availability of our doctors.
Please note: ALL medicare card holders are eligible to receive an instant medicare rebate on the day of their appointment if they bring a debit/savings card which is linked to a Medicare Number to their appointment. ALL OSHC/OVHC members will be required to pay the full fee and claim back through their membership provider.
Telephone calls and emails
When contacting our medical centre by phone to speak to a doctor, please be aware that we can pass on your information and message, however we will not interrupt another patient’s consultation. Please be advised that this is not in lieu of a consultation.
Our doctors do not communicate via email for medical purposes to ensure your privacy, as this is not a secure, encrypted service.
Secure Management of Information
We collect information necessary to provide you with medical care. This may include your name, address, date of birth, gender, health information and family history, and contact details. This information may be stored on our computer system and/or in handwritten medical records.
Wherever practicable we will collect information from you personally. However, we may also need to collect information from other sources such as treating specialists, radiologists, pathologists, hospitals and other health care providers.
In emergencies we may also need to collect information from your relatives or friends.
By law we may be required to retain medical records for certain periods of time, depending on your age at the time we provide services.
Our practice is committed to providing quality health care and services. We collect your personal information to ensure you receive the highest standard of care and service.
We are committed to the privacy of your patient information and to handling your personal information in a responsible manner. We act in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012, the Australian Privacy Principles, and relevant State and Territory privacy legislation.
Starting July 3rd, 2023, our practice will implement a Mixed Billing system
Bulk billing will only be offered for patients 16 and under, Healthcare/Pension Card Holders and DVA patients.
