Humphrey is a dedicated and passionate accredited practising dietitian at Myhealth with a profound passion for empowering individuals to achieve their optimal health goals through personalized nutrition. His journey in the field of nutrition began with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine from the University of Melbourne and a Master’s degree in Dietetics from Monash University. His comprehensive academic background laid the groundwork for a career characterized by excellence.

Subsequently, Humphrey pursued clinical practices at prestigious healthcare institutions, where he honed his skills in clinical nutrition assessment & and diagnosis. With his multilingual strength, Humphrey has an advantage in providing practical, evidenced-based & personalised dietary advice in multiple languages – English, Cantonese and Mandarin. As Humphrey continues to elevate the standards of nutritional guidance, he remains dedicated to his mission of making a positive impact and empathetic approach to fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel understood and motivated to make sustainable dietary changes.

Armed with a solid educational foundation and extensive clinical experience, Humphrey has consistently demonstrated his dietetics expertise in managing Overweight/Malnutrition, Food allergy, Lactose intolerance and a diverse caseload of chronic health conditions such as Type 1/2/gestational diabetes, Chronic kidney disease (CKD), Irritable bowels syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory bowels disease (IBD), Diverticular disease, Oncogenic conditions, Fatty liver, Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia and Dyslipidemia.
