OUR FEES ARE CHANGING
There is a $30 gap on general consultations (including telehealth) if you are aged 18-59 and you DON’T have a health care card or pension card (except weekends see below). This doesn’t include appointments for COVID vaccines.

The following patients will continue to be bulk-billed to Medicare for general consultations with no gap fee on the WEEKDAYS:

• Patients aged under 18
• Patients aged 60 or over
• Patients with health care or pension cards
• Appointments for COVID/Flu vaccines

We are very committed to providing high quality care to our patients and community. The reason for the introduction of a gap fee for some patients, is the rising costs of running a general practice and the reluctance of the government in funding these higher costs.

Standard fees: in person/telehealth
Level B (<20 mins):
Fee – $69.75
Medicare Rebate – $39.75
YOUR CONTRIBUTION – $30

Level C (20-40 mins):
Fee – $106.95
Medicare Rebate – $76.95
YOUR CONTRIBUTION – $30

Level D (>40 mins):
Fee – $143.50
Medicare Rebate – $113.50
YOUR CONTRIBUTION – $30

Surgical procedures: gap fee applies, depending on procedure

*** Fees may vary slightly due to Medicare rebates which vary for certain items e.g. mental health care plans, mental health consults, antenatal consults and chronic disease management plans.
