NON ATTENDANCE / CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to an increase in the number of non-attendances and late cancellations, from September 20th 2022 the following fees apply:
Non-attendance: from $20*
Late cancellations: within 2 hours for a standard consult from $20*
*increased fees may apply according to the length of the missed appointment.
Payment must be made before another appointment can be made.
As Myhealth North Richmond is a mixed billing clinic, payment is required at the time of your appointment. Reception will strive to process Medicare rebates on the spot after payment has been made. Patients that hold a valid DVA, pension, concession or healthcare card are bulk-billed Monday to Saturday.
On Saturday and Sunday all patients will be billed privately. This includes children and patients who hold a pension, concession or health care card. Telehealth consultations will also be a higher out of pocket fee. For more information please ask our friendly reception team.
