I love to help people develop valuable skills to cope with life’s obstacles in a way that gives them a deep sense of purpose. I aim to help you achieve your maximum potential and self-fulfilment using your strengths, not just better coping. I view my psychological work as a process aimed at facilitating awareness, growth, and change to achieve the highest forms of synergy in people’s lives. I have a special interest in helping people from other cultures deal with the stress involved with adapting to new environments.
