Myhealth Medical Centre Oran Park would like to welcome our new PSYCHOLOGIST – Mr Jeffrey Och.

He has worked in mental health in the Southwest Sydney region, first as a counsellor, then as a registered psychologist, for the past 20 years.

He completed postgraduate qualifications in psychology at Western Sydney University in 2006.

Since 1999 he has worked in schools and then in private practice, with clients ranging across the lifespan, but with a focus on treating children and adolescents.

As a father of six children himself, Jeff recognises the challenges and opportunities of raising resilient young people in this day and age.

He has experience in treating a range of common mental health issues in aboth adults and children, such as anxiety, depression, difficulties with managing stress, anger management, challenging behaviours, learning difficulties, and coping with difficult life events.

He is Workcover approved for psychological treatment as well as an NDIS-registered provider.
