OUR FEES ARE CHANGING
Our gap fee will be changing from 01/06/2023 to $35 for all doctors.
Dr Yang Yang, Dr Colin Zhu and Dr Ammarah Binte Tahir will no longer be Bulk Billing. Children and concession card holder consults will incur a reduced gap of $25.
Dr Lizanne Siqueira, Dr Ahmed Moussa & Dr Jacqueline Chapman will be bulk billing children under 16 and concession card holders.

This purpose-built centre offers state of the art facilities and abundant level parking for our patients convenience. Our doctors pride themselves on providing holistic patient centred care for the whole family and have same day appointments available.
Dr. Yang Yang, Dr Colin Zhu & Dr Ammarah Tahir will not be offering bulk billing from the 1st June 2023. A discounted rate ($25 gap) will be offered to health care card/pension card holders and children under 16.

NON ATTENDANCE / CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the high demand for bulk billing appointments and the high number of non-attendances and cancellations for GP appointments, we will charge a cancellation fee for an appointment that is not attended or not cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment time.
Flu and Covid 19 vaccinations where the patient does not need to consult the doctor for a separate reason will be bulk billed.

Please note all procedures require an initial consultation with your doctor to discuss complexity, cost and duration of your procedure. Surgical procedures will have varying fees.
Other types of consultations are available and prices are available on request.
Bulk billing will apply to the following on weekdays with Dr Lizanne Siqueira ONLY
– Health care card
– Pension card
– Concession card
– Children under the age of 16 years
– Veteran affair
We do not offer bulk billing on weekends regardless of age or concession card status.
There is a non-attendance fee of $40 and this will need to be settled before any future appointments can be made with any doctor or allied health professional.
Patients eligible for a Medicare rebate will receive their rebate into the bank account linked to their Medicare within 1-2 business days. If paying with an eligible bankcard, the refund may be able to be processed immediately after payment of the consultation fee.
