OUR FEES HAVE CHANGED
Myhealth South Eveleigh is a Mixed Billing Practice now:
Please read below as we made some changes on our fees schedule:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY:
– Concession health care card holders and children under 16 with a pre-booked weekday appointment will be bulk billed
– For all other patients, a $30 Gap Fee will apply including Telehealth (Phone or Video) consultations.
– For walk-in appointments where there is no other available appointment, a $45 gap fee will apply.
– Private FLU vaccines available, cost is $20
– Government FLU vaccines available and free for eligible patients: – From 6 month to 5 years old – From 65 and above – Patients with chronic conditions.
CANCELLATION FEES: No shows and late cancellations (without at least 2 hours notice) will attract a $45 no-show fee.
SATURDAY:
– A $45 gap fee will apply for all Saturday GP appointments regardless of Concession entitlements
– For walk-in appointments where there is no other available appointment, a $60 gap fee will apply
– FLU vaccines on Saturday will attract a $20 gap fee
CANCELLATION FEES: No shows and late cancellations (without at least 2 hours notice) will attract a $45 no-show fee.

All payments are processed electronically and if you provide a PHYSICAL DEBIT BANK CARD (with a linked bank account) we can process your MEDICARE REBATE instantly. Otherwise you can either claim it online with the receipt provided or ask our receptionists to send it through the Medicare System (please allow 1 to 2 business days for the rebate to be processed by Medicare).

Patients are required to confirm the appointment the day before (reception will call the patient), if the appointment is not confirmed within our business hours, this will be considered cancelled in less than 24 hours. If so, client will lose the appointment and will be charged the cancellation policy.
